Pai Mu Tan
White Tea
Pai Mu Tan is the best-known specialty tea within the White Tea category. After plucking, the tea is dried in the sun or in closed rooms. The leaf shows many shades of green with different structures and portions of longish, silvery-white leaf tips. The cup color is very light with a shimmering amber tone, the taste elegantly spicy.
