Organic China Sencha

Sencha is one of the best-known green teas. The tea leaves are folded lengthwise while drying on warm trays, and then heated in wood-fuelled pans in order to stop fermentation. After infusion, the full leaf structure presents and the cup takes on a bright yellow color. Its fresh, grass-like flavour with a fine sweetness is a pleasure.
