Jasmine
In China whole green leaf teas are traditionally scented with layers of jasmine flower. The petals are harvested during the day and stored cool at night in order to bloom and release their full fragrance. Petals are sifted out after processing. Light to stronger delicate floral flavours and tastes with a light, slightly yellow color, spreading an intense bouquet of jasmine. Subject to limited availability.
