El Injerto’s Pacamara often described as unique and exotic, because its characteristics are rarely found in other coffees.
El Injerto´s Best auction was held on June 14, 2011. It consisted of the Pacamara coffee micro-lots from El Injerto farm, located in La Libertad, in Huehuetenango region.
This auction featured the most distinctive and unique micro-lots of the best varietals of El Injerto, a Guatemalan company managed by the Aguirre family.
Only 8% of the total production is of the Pacamara variety.
